DESCRIPTION:The Heart of the Civil War Heritage Area (HCWHA) invites you to our annual Year-in-Review celebration on Tuesday\, November 4\, 2025 at the Wakefield Valley Park Event Center (1000 Fenby Farm Road\, Westminster\, MD 21158). \n6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Social hour at the Event Center and an open house at the historic Durbin House (adjacent). \n7:00 – 8:00 p.m. Program with special remarks by Al Spoler\, co-host of the long-running radio program Cellar Notes and Contributing Editor to MPT’s Maryland Farm and Harvest. \nRefreshments featuring Carroll County agriculture products\, including local craft cocktails\, wines and beer\, will be available. \nGenerously sponsored by Carroll County Economic Development\, this event is FREE to the public.
