This cannon is the only known artillery piece to have fought in the Battle of Gettysburg and survive on its original wooden gun carriage. \nLearn about the incredible story of the Gettysburg Gun from its casting in Boston in 1862\, through the crucible of war\, to its present home in Rhode Island. A true testament to survival\, sacrifice\, and honor across three centuries.
